Has overall authority of the lab, managing the day to day operations, providing resources, recruitment of staff and addressing all feedback and/or complaints from clients.

Ensures operations adhere to policies and regulations. Assessment of staff performances, creating and updating databases of personnel, finance and overall. Ensures seamless and adequate flow of information within the company and and facilitate business operations.

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system. Planning and execution of internal audits, ensuring safety and effectiveness of all laboratory activities.

Preparation of accounts, Auditing and analyzing financial position of the organization, evaluating financial operations, preparation of budgets and ensuring accuracy of financial documents as well as their compliance with the relevant laws and regulations

Managing incoming clients, their enquiries, and general client relations, and internal coordination of office activities.
